Vinyasa Flow moves with fluidity and rhythm, and it is a holistic practice that benefits the body, mind, and Spirit. Judit’s intelligent sequencing offers specific cues to create physical stability to avoid overstretching, compression or injury. A vinyasa practice includes Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Hip Openers, Arm Balances, Backbends, Forward Bends, Yin, Inversion, and Restoratives postures.

Aromatherapy Flow: Slow & Relaxing

We create balance through movement and essential oils. We flow in a slower pace from pose to pose and the specific themes of the class are enhanced by a particular aroma. Allow the soothing scent to work its magic on you and your practice to create heightened relaxation and stress relief.
